A) We walk through the site/property with our client's and provide a quote based on their requirements. Sidewalks, driveways, front steps,roadway and hauling. Removal of snow from roof and ground clean up.

B) A contract is prepared and the details are discussed with our customers. Post- dated cheques will be required once there is an agreement in place.

C) Snow clearing notifications are provided to our clients ahead of time so that they may prepare their property for our services.

D) An email with the picture is provided to our clients once the snow has been removed. This will ensure that our high standards of service are being met.
